European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Coordinator

Full-time. £26,293 per annum. Fixed term until March 31st 2020.

Duties:

In accordance with Law Centre policies to;

  • Help plan, organise and coordinate delivery of the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire
  • Develop positive and effective working relationships with partner organisations, stakeholders and community organisations
  • Support voluntary and community organisations to manage engagement with EU communities to increase awareness of the EUSS, and implement robust monitoring practices
  • Identify priorities and resolve issues
  • Effectively monitor and oversee the work of all staff involved, including volunteers, in delivery of this project
  • Help lead the key stakeholders’ partnership and set targets, objectives and milestones
  • Facilitate engagement with vulnerable EU communities and individuals to help them access the scheme
  • Keep abreast of the changing demographics and ethnicity of clients to ensure that this service remains relevant to the needs of the community
  • Develop information materials targeted at vulnerable/at-risk individuals
  • Promote the project through the website, social media and other marketing
  • Work with the Law Centre’s management team to manage the budget for the project, ensuring all relevant deadlines are met and that relevant documentation is kept
  • Assist in the preparation of both the interim and final reports, which will be submitted to the project’s funder
  • Act as a representative of Nottingham Law Centre at  various events and venues
  • Deliver training relevant to the project
  • Attend training relevant to the post
