Vacancies EUSS Partnership Coordinator/Administrator Nottingham Law Centre has been awarded funding from the Home Office to deliver advice around the EU Settled Status scheme. We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee a partnership, across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, of organisations delivering advice under the EU Settlement Scheme. Responsible to: Manager, Nottingham Law Centre Responsible for: Small team of caseworkers Salary: £26,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, fixed term contract until 31st March 2021 Job Description Responsibilities include Maintaining the partnership and ensuring effective communication between all partners in the consortium Reporting to the Home Office Complying with OISC regulations and other quality marks Providing supervision and support to other team members Overseeing the quality of work in the Nottingham office Organising and participating in team meetings Participating in regular outreach work across the region Reviewing files Undertaking general administration involved in running the project Person Specification All essential (unless otherwise stated) Experience of Managing partnerships in an advice setting Managing significant grants/contracts, ideally from government sources Working to targets Overseeing monitoring and evaluation Preparing reports Leading a small team Working with resource constraints (desirable) Working with vulnerable populations (desirable) Working in the immigration/legal sector (desirable) Using Office 365 and Advice Pro (desirable) Skills Ability to manage own diary Ability to meet demanding targets Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Excellent written and spoken English Other Must hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle Knowledge of European Language(s) an advantage Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and evenings as required To apply for this role please click here.
