  • Settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) applications
  • Domestic Violence settlement applications
  • Private and Family Life based Human Rights applications, including seeking to regularise status where having overstayed leave, including applications that require a fee waiver
  • EUSS applications for Settled or Pre-Settled Status, including applications for EUSS Family Permit to enter UK for family members.
  • Applications to Register Children as a British Citizen where the applicant qualifies for a fee waiver
  • Windrush applications
  • Right of Abode and Certificate of Entitlement applications
  • Transfer of Conditions/ Replacement of Biometric Residence Card (TOC/ NTL) applications
