Immigration What we do We can provide free immigration advice up to level 2 of the OISC accreditation scheme, which includes complex applications to the Home Office outside the rules. We are not accredited to complete Tribunal or Appeal work but in certain exceptional circumstances we would be able to submit grounds of appeal to the First Tier Tribunal. This includes but is not limited to the following: Homeless or threatened with homelessness. Adults and their dependants on low incomes, i.e. single parents, children and the elderly. Adults and their dependants with a physical or mental disability, or a long-term illness. Children, adults and their dependants with Social Services involvement. Victims of domestic abuse and their dependants. Ex-offenders on a low income, destitute or homeless. Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
